I have had multiple procedures here, as has my child. Professional, efficient, safe, and MUCH cheaper than a hospital. Previous reviews refer to them running late. Surgeries ALWAYS run late, this is normal. I've had over 20 procedures at various facilities, I would know. As far as having to have a friend or family member take you home, this is standard for all facilities. You need to have someone you know and trust, who can assist you into your home and make sure you're comfortable and have all you need. Also, all ASC's pre-collect the patient's responsibility based on the benefit accumulations at the time of coverage verification. Facilities and providers have contracts and are able to determine the amount the patient would be responsible based on allowed charges, deductible met, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket met if services were charged that day. Again, THIS IS STANDARD. I wouldn't hesitate to have further procedures here in the future.

My experience with the surgical and support teams was nothing but, professional, personable and, pleasant. I was called 3 times after my release to make sure that I was doing OK. The benefits for my surgery is a 100% of what I hope for. I highly recommend them.
